I love all of my clients at Nails By Chrissy, and I want to make sure everyone feels at home and everyone is friendly. That’s why I have set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through the doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. At Nails By Chrissy I am committed to maintaining a clean, sanitised and safe environment.I will be wearing a face covering throughout your treatment.My working space is thoroughly sanitised between appointments. All my tools are sanitised and disinfected before use.MASKS are still to be worn in the salon.If you test positive within 48 hours of attending the salon, please notify me immediately.
BOOKINGS
To guarantee I can accommodate your preferred time and service I encourage you to book in advance. The quickest way to book is online or alternatively you can message me, but please allow time for me to get back to you regarding an appointment.
I also take a £5 to £10 non refundable booking fee. At the time of your booking and you will be asked to fill in a consultation form before your appointment.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive on time to your appointment, to ensure you have the best experience with Nails By Chrissy. I stick to a strict treatment schedule and late arrival may result in cancellation or shortening of your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS/LATE ARRIVALS
I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments.
Nails by Chrissy has a 48 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. I happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment if more than 48 hours notice has been given and 100% of the booking fee can be move to another day.Booking fees will not be refunded only moved to another appointment.
Cancelling a booking within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment or no show will result in loss of your appointment and booking fee will not be moved to another day.
Should you cancel or not arrive for a booked appointment twice then full payment will be required upfront for any future bookings.
If you arrive 10 or more minutes late for your appointment then your service will be subject to change. I stick to strict treatment schedule and reserve the right to cancel part or all of your treatment.
INFILLS/REMOVALS
Xtensions- can be infilled once within 4 weeks of application. After that you will be required to book in for a removal.
BIAB- you can book Infills within 4 weeks of application. After 4 weeks or more I will be changing an additional fee due to the extra time it takes to rebalanced and refine.
Removal- I recommend for product to be removed on your 4th or 5th appointment so we can check your nails health. If you require a removal of a treatment not completed by myself I will try my best to help but I cannot guarantee removal of work that isn't mine.
REPAIR POLICY
@Nails By Chrissy My mission is to provide the highest quality and best experience possible.
However should you encounter any issues I operate a 3 day repair policy on any service.
I will repair any damage that I deem to be a result of my application free of charge.
After this time frame you will need to rebook in for a repair service.
Please contact me direct if you have an issue, and we can organise a suitable time for the repair.
UPGRADES/ADD ONS
You can upgrade your treatment or add on extra services during the booking process.
Adds include Nail Art, removals and luxury treatments.
Should you wish to upgrade or add on during your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate but I cannot guarantee it.
Please book your add ons when arranging your appointments.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers purchase will be sent via email, gift vouchers are valid for 6 months time period, after which they will expire and can no longer be used.
Should your treatment cost less than the gift voucher amount, the remaining balance will be returned on another gift voucher emailed out.
Nails By Chrissy is not responsible for any deleted/misplaced Vouchers.
PARENTAL CONSENT/CHILDRENS POLICY
I offer a reduced price for gel mani/pedi for children under 10 years. Anyone over will be required to pay full price.
Parent consent will be required for anyone under the age of 16 and you will be asked to fill in a consent form before any treatment can be carried out. The parent or guardian must be present at the time of the appointment.
DISCOUNTS & OFFERS
Discounts and offers cannot be combined with other offers and packages unless otherwise stated.I may withdraw or amend offers at any point without notice.
